Approvals and availability
Retail pricing, stock, colours, and sizes can change. We confirm material changes and obtain your approval before purchasing an item on your behalf.
Estimates and payment
Estimates may include item costs, concierge fees, taxes, pickup, shipping, or other approved expenses. Work begins according to the payment and approval details confirmed for your request.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges depend on the retailer's policy, item eligibility, condition, and deadlines. Any return shipping, retailer charge, or additional concierge work is confirmed with you before proceeding.
Pickup and shipping
Delivery dates are estimates unless specifically guaranteed by the carrier. International clients may be responsible for destination duties, taxes, customs requirements, or carrier charges disclosed for the shipment.
Client-provided content
You may upload links, screenshots, and reference images solely to describe your request. Please provide content you are permitted to share and do not upload sensitive financial or authentication information.
Communication
Keep your email and phone information current so we can request approvals and send important order updates. You remain responsible for reviewing estimates and updates before approving a purchase.
