How does a shopping request work?
Create an account and tell us what you want, including stores, sizes, colours, budget, links, or reference photos. We review the request, source options, share an estimate, and keep your order updated from sourcing through delivery.
Will you purchase an item without my approval?
No. We share the available option and estimate so you can approve it before we purchase. If availability or pricing changes, we contact you before moving forward.
What is included in an estimate?
Your order shows item costs, concierge service fees, shipping, and applicable taxes as separate amounts whenever they apply. The final amount is confirmed before payment or purchase.
Can you shop Canadian stores for clients outside Canada?
Yes. We can source from Canadian retailers and arrange pickup, courier, or international shipping. Delivery options, timing, duties, and any carrier fees are confirmed for your destination before shipment.
Can I see an item before you buy it?
Yes. You can request photos or videos of available items, colours, sizing details, or in-store options before giving your approval.
How will I receive updates?
Your account includes a live order timeline. When your status changes, Cherry Curations emails you a summary and tracking link. Your concierge can also follow up by email or WhatsApp when a phone number is on file.
How do returns or exchanges work?
Eligibility depends on the retailer's policy, the item condition, and timing. Contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm the available return or exchange option and any related shipping or service costs before proceeding.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to respond promptly during concierge hours. Complex sourcing, limited releases, and in-store checks can take longer, but your request timeline will show the latest progress.
